Empresa líder en la Industria de Productos deportivos y de recreación ofrece oportunidad para **Assistant Controller** para su planta ubicada en Tijuana, B.C.The Assistant Controller directs and plans the preparation of reports that summarize and forecast business activities and financial positions in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations for our Tijuana operations.**Among other activities**:- Manage Cash flow estimations and general cash management.- Maintain and provide historical data for forecasting.- Maintain and provide product cost data for pricing decisions.- Update and maintain the electronic filing structure.- Monitor and streamline internal controls.- Maintain product costing records (bills of material, manufacturing process routings, unit pricing, labor and overhead rates, etc.) in ERP system (Sage) in accordance with company policy,- Ensure integrity of daily perpetual inventory / stock status listing,- Develop and implement "Activity Based Costing and Management" beginning with a definitive cost and burden study of production and support operations, customer requirements, capacity utilization, floorspace requirements,- Monitor cycle counting activity, integrity and gain / loss - root cause analysis,- Identification, implementation, monitoring and reporting of cost reduction opportunities, actual and prospective,**Qualifications**- CPA with five years of relevant experience.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance- Fluent in English and Spanish- Mexico / US Tax knowledge- Familiar with Epicor- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets- Negotiation skills- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations- High attention to detail and accuracy- Previous experience implementing an ERP from scratch is preferred but not required- Good verbal and written communication skills- Organizational skills- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills- Sense of urgencyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $36,000.00 - $45,600.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
