**Role**:
- Monitor, train and supervise maintenance department employees
- Responsible for establishing computerized systems and mechanisms that allow you to monitor the performance of the equipment, as well as control the status of the different facilities areas.
- Ensure that the work team is trained for the functions to be performed.
- Coordinate work performed by external suppliers
- Ensure efficient repair programs and review repair cost estimates
- Prioritize maintenance and repairs to the company's equipment and parts
**Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or similar
- Advanced English
- More than 4 years of experience in Maintenance Management
- Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications and diagrams.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
