Our regional community is paramount, therefore this role will continue developing the global and regional collaboration efforts, by leading and strengthening our communication channels and forums.Additionally, you will be a key business coordinator and expert for any Supply Chain tools utilized within the entire planning spectrum, such as Power BI, Anaplan, Cognos, etc. You will be responsible for bringing relevant support to the regions by building local visualizations and reports with a strong focus on putting the story behind the numbers.We bring joy & simplicity to everyday life - and we need you to help share that story.**What You'll Do**:- Maintain corporate visibility to the overall regional inventory, including finished goods, bulk, WIP, components, and raw materials.- Manage and create key organizational projects within planning spectrum, track budget, naming project members and key stakeholders, following tests, communicating on advancements, launching key meetings (steerco, kick-off, etc.).- Develop and implement a global and regional vision of inventory management, including inventory classification analysis, SLOB control, portfolio rationalization and inventory coverage, etc. (all or specific categories assigned).- Define rules for KPIs measurement, set performance targets, create visualization and traceability tools to align supply chain metrics with cross functional stakeholders (Manufacture, Production, Finance, etc.).- Lead worldwide communities of key users, or key contacts, through workshops, steering committee, etc.- If you are passionate about using your inner creativity and advance analytics knowledge to create data stories based on business queries while leading cross-functional teams, this opportunity is for you.**What we're looking for in You**:- Bachelor's degree on Business, Data Science or Operation related required.- Master's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain or MBA preferred
