The tool is branded myBUY and used by 10,000+ end users across 50+ countries, with a central team supporting the PR2PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) process. The Supplier enablement function is part of PepsiCo's integrated procurement process and strives for automation.Main ObjectiveThe Global Procurement Data Sr Analyst will manage the collection, analysis, and publication of data & relevant documents for assigned categories.PurposeThe role is part of the PR2PO team and communicates with procurement teams and users in markets to ensure the relevance of the data in order to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency.The role will provide tracking and deliver on agreed reports.ScopeThe function holder is covering for PQGC (Quaker / Gatorade / Corp).Your ImpactAs Global Procurement Data Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:Deliver agreed reports, including content, format and frequency/schedule for routine reports, and including those required to support specific programs/initiatives.Conduct data mining and extraction to generate requested information related to myBUY/POC executed transactions.Conduct ad hoc data mining extracts and produce reports and statistics as requested.Deliver on Operational reports for Management purposes.Prepare and deliver analyses and presentations for customers.Ensure complete and correct local/global reports through monitoring of sources of information.Lead workshops with users to find opportunities for improved/efficient reporting and align work plans.Provide users training on published reports.Work with vendors to supplement PepsiCo-captured data and make report information more complete and useful.Proactively review Report schedule for redundant and/or missing Reports.Track and report SLA/KPI's/Savings as per agreed methodology
