How You'll Make an Impact Play a pivotal role in advancing our vision of equipping the organization with modular portfolio elements that deliver exceptional value to our customers worldwide.Concentrate on managing and enhancing our service portfolio for switchgear, focusing on modernization, retrofit, and uprating services.Serve as the go-to expert for all switchgear-specific services, particularly in areas such as modernization, extension, and upgrades.Assume end-to-end business responsibility for the service portfolio element - from defining ideas, strategies, and roadmaps to ensuring successful market entry.Be responsible for identifying business opportunities and spearheading services that generate customer value, scalability, and profitable growth.Continuously refine the portfolio based on customer needs and drive commercialization and roll-out through innovation processes and R&D project management.Support R&D Execution for Service in general by overseeing the One R&D database, R&D controlling, and R&D reportingWhat You BringDegree in engineering, business, or a similar area of expertise, or Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's or equivalent experience, combined with experience in product management, field service, order management, or marketing & sales.Minimum of 5 years of business experience in grid technology, preferably with switchgear, and a solid technical understanding of grid technology assets and business models.Strong interest or prior experience in working on business-related topics, such as business cases, senior management presentations, and customer discovery sessions.Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and collaborators across the globe.Approach centered on meeting customer needs.Exceptional networking and collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude, high levels of independence, flexibility, ambition, and well-structured work habitsWho is Siemens Energy?
