Our talents are the foundations that make up who we are.Tridge would like to work with talents with a wide-range of skill sets, a sense of drive to achieve goals, and above all, someone who is eager to find motivation in life by interacting with other Tridgers with the same passion.You can rediscover the value that a day may bring through the daily conversations and actions that you can take at Tridge.**1) Supply Deal Process Management**- Execute strategic sourcing development by discovering potential key suppliers and closing deals in a variety of ways.- Close Supply Contract by negotiating Supplier Payment Term.- Review the entire Supply Deal Process and oversee the overall quality of products and shipping status.- Manage and assess the competitiveness of vendors/suppliers based on the negotiation of offer prices and product quality.- Lead infrastructure growth by promoting strategic alliances with Global Suppliers/Supply Business Partners and maintain long-term relationships with them. (e.G. profit sharing, asset acquisition, strategic partnership, etc.)- Collect and manage all of the paperwork of the Supplier Side required for the entire Supply Deal Process.- Identify and share weekly/monthly progress of Deal Flow in detail, and build long-term strategies based on the reports.**2) Global Employee Management**- Responsible for managing and collaborating with Global Origination Managers (local members of Tridge in 60+ countries).**3) Overseas Corporate Management**- Establish and operate overseas subsidiaries, develop sourcing strategies for responsible markets
