Employee Contract type: Permanent Regular Job Description: Prospectar, visitar y generar relaciones al interior de las distintas instituciones gubernamentales a través de un modelo de venta consultiva, detectando las necesidades de los distintos clientes dentro de su zona con el fin de incrementar el posicionamiento de mercado de los productos del portafolio de Pluxee. Registro y presentación de informes respecto a la evolución de las oportunidades de venta negociadas, manteniendo actualizada la información en el sistema de administración de ventas CRM, que permita fijar cursos de acción para el cierre de ventas. Realizar un proceso de venta consultiva, detección de necesidades y negociaciones con posiciones de Jefaturas, Subdirecciones, Direcciones, Alcaldías, Oficialías mayores y secretarías. Apoyo en problemas de alto impacto, autorizaciones de procesos y licitaciones. Administración de la cartera asignada a su zona. Certifications Requirements:Certification in Sales or Customer Acquisition preferred. Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Work Experience Requirements:2-4 years of experience in sales acquisition or business development. Your location: Chihuahua, Chihuahua. Your next challenge: Prospect and establish relationships within various government institutions through a consultative sales model, identifying the needs of different clients within your region to increase the market positioning of Pluxee's portfolio products. Record and present reports on the progress of negotiated sales opportunities, keeping information updated in the CRM sales management system to set action plans for closing sales. Carry out a consultative sales process, need identification, and negotiations with positions such as Chiefs, Deputy Directors, Directors, Municipalities, Chief Officers, and Secretaries. Support in high-impact issues, authorizations for processes, and tenders. Manage the assigned portfolio within your region.
