The Graduate Trainee will work with SME's and executives to cultivate their value added selling skills by building a Salesforce for the future. This will include a combination of on and off the job training, dedicated coaches and mentors along the process; State of the Art Experience Center to facilitate learning among the new trainees, with possible placements in Arizona, California, Texas or Northern Mexico.

- Learn about the Paper based Packaging Industry
- Smurfit Kappa North America's customer base local / national / Pan American Sales Accounts
- The competitive Landscape across the US / The Americas,
- How to navigate the steep learning curve by utilizing our industry leading tools such E-Smart Process and our Eye Tracking Software. Attending training session on Salesforce, Insights, Value Added Selling
- Introduction to Design, Customer Service and R&D etc.
- Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes. SKNA employees regardless of level, position or tenure are responsible for upholding the safety standards regulations and policies.

**Job Qualifications**
- A recent college graduate with less than three years work experience
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to relocate within the US and/or Mexico
- Enjoys challenges and opportunities to use knowledge, skills and experience to support the strategic direction of the company in a fast paced environment
- Understands the value of integrity in all business relationships
- Has great interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is helpful, but not required
