A+ content refers to the additional enhanced product descriptions, images, and multimedia elements that enrich the product detail pages on e-commerce websites. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize A+ content to showcase product features, benefits, and brand identity, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction and driving conversion rates.**What will you do?**- Develop and design high-quality A+ content for a range of products, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, product positioning, and marketing objectives. This includes creating engaging text, selecting relevant images, and incorporating multimedia elements such as videos, infographics, and comparison charts.- Stay updated on industry trends, continuously analyzing and optimizing A+ content to maximize its effectiveness.- Collaborate with the performance marketing and ecommerce teams to understand campaign objectives and develop designs that support and enhance their efforts.- Video editing our UGC content to create ads in Amazon and Facebook, and short video creation for TikTok and Youtube.- English level C1/C2!- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is a plus.- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably within a consumer goods or retail environment.- Strong understanding of US marketplaces and ecommerce platforms.- Excellent and strong structured portfolio showcasing examples of ecommerce and performance marketing design work- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)- Familiarity with SEO principles and design principles, such as typography, and color theory; - It's a plus if you have familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS and experience with A/B testing and data analysis!- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
