**Position Summary**: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. The Graphic Designer will be involved in working closely with the marketing to develop engaging designs that reflect the company's vision and brand identity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Conceptualize and create innovative designs for a variety of print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, corporate reports, website graphics, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that meet business objectives and ensure brand consistency.
- Present design concepts to the Leadership team and incorporate feedback into the final design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools to continuously improve design output and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications including Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Language Skills:
Bilingual Spanish and English.
