Media.Monks, Mexico is looking for a Growth Director to lead cross-category growth with clients and prospects. You'll work closely with our Managing Director (Mexico) and Category Leads to plan out and bring success for Growth by selling combined offerings. This significant role requires demonstrated experience creating business relationships with directors and C-level clients.
Our ideal candidate has demonstrated success with a measured and commission-driven compensation model and a history of achieving lead conversion and revenue targets. You will lead, architect, design and sell complex deals. You have a passion for customer service and extremely strong closing capability.
