.**Location**: Reynosa, TAM, MX, 88730**Company**:Corning**Reynosa ROC Operations Manager****Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the Reynosa (ROC) operations team and end to end supply chain functions to support all activities transacted through the ROC- Lead a team of buyers and specialists for each functional group (Indirect Categories and Source to Pay) located in the Reynosa- Delivers GSM global objectives in alignment with the business objectives and strategies- Supports the overall organizational strategy, identifying key resource needs for areas of responsibility- Facilitates process delivery and change management needs between ROC and corporate GSM function- Provide local leadership of the Source to Pay functional team and Indirect Category teams based in Reynosa- Collaborate with the functional leaders to ensure local (ROC) and functional alignment- Collaborate with functional leaders regarding MBO's Performance Reviews and Talent Planning- Responsible for tracking and reporting ROC Key Performance Indicators- Hosts bi-annual ROC Operations Reviews- Leverages ROC resources to deliver value to the businesses.- Develops annual cost reduction plans and long-term strategies and integrates with the GSM Savings Tracker cost reduction process- Aligns long-term strategies with cross functional partners focused on process improvements, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization- Assume ownership for all local ROC resources. This includes administer time sheets and ensuring that workloads are balanced- Planning and budgeting responsibility- Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution**Experiences/Education: Required**- Bachelor's Degree (Technical, Business, Supply Chain)- 7+ years' experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Operations roles with demonstrated track record of results- Proven ability to work across cultures with employees, suppliers and manufacturing partners.- Ability to establish direction, work across multiple work streams, create strategy, and execute- Proven leadership skills with success in leading teams- Experience with procurement and supply chain processes and systems.- Experience working in a matrix environment or on a cross functional team.- Experience in frontline or mainstream business experience- Has worked globally (experience working in a global organization and managing people in a global business)- Process Improvement Experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
