Effectively communicate the company's mission, value proposition and vision to prospects, customers and partners.- Expand the recognition and reach of albo and our brand- Identify viable, qualified prospects through outreach and networking and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential business in assigned categories throughout the year.- Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.- Spearhead the sales process from initial touchpoint through contract execution while meeting and exceeding individual and team goals.- Develop customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand a prospect's business objectives.- Lead category strategy and proposal development with the ability to present each engaging proposal in a professional and persuasive manner.- Responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies.About you and what type of skills you'll need:- Strong business development background and knowledge of strategic account management, sales processes, and solution selling.- Proven sales track record.- A consistent track record of strategic business development, sourcing, closing and managing large, complex partnerships.- Entrepreneurial: We are still working through aspects of the business model and product opportunities, which requires flexibility and an innovation mindset to hear market needs and adapt to them.- Customer Centricity: You're customer obsessed, constantly thinking about ways to improve the customer experience.- Hands on: We're looking for a leader who is comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor.
