Participate on the Executive Leadership Team defining the corporate guidance and core strategies. Bring new assets to complement current corporate portfolio.Key responsibilities for this role include:- Develop a strong cross functional team including Business development, Procurement & Ops and Customer engagement, focused on business growth and continuous improvement.- Cross functional leadership team coordination (Chief of Staff).- Support country manager on strategic projects.- Meet/exceed targets for the subsidiary.- Coordinate crisis management committee.- Pipeline management, in-licensing & out-licensing initiatives and launch excellence.- Continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.- Main point of contact for enabling and platform functions to projects with broader impact on the organization.- Customer engagement excellence with a special focus on the ROI of FF activities, meetings and events performance.- Find new efficiencies through a robust procurement process with ethics and compliance.- Facilities management.- Manage country manager staff.The minimum qualifications for this role are:- Bachelor's degree in a business or Health Sciences; MBA degree preferred.- +10 years of business experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or related field in similar positions.- Effective negotiations skills supported by a broad education base including strong financial acumen and BD experience already demonstrated as project expertise and successes.- Track record of managing critical and complex projects within budget and timelines.- Strong oral and written communication skills including presentations and reports to senior executives and other groups.- Excellent analytical skills including the ability to quickly identify trends and business opportunities.- Organizational development and capability development skills.- Highly collaborative; strong experience in building and managing highly effective functional areas, projects, and teams.- Experience in finance and BD or other related positions.- P&L management experience is a plus
