Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Main partner with the regional product segment heads to drive the financial sustainability and transparency of the R&D area- Responsible of the R&D financial planning and Budget process: gathering and loading the information in the systems, tracking the evolution during the year, support the leaders providing adequate visibility of the figures, manage and allocate the challenges received- Involvement in the development, implementation and responsibility of efficient controlling within the context of specified processes and methods- Management of the controllers in development as well as the coordination of related activities the Hella companies in order to support the targets with the overall corporate group in mind- Carrying out special analysis e.G. Make or Buy decisions, Joint Ventures... in order to provide support for the line management in making decisions**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- University degree- More than 3 years experience in the research and development controlling area- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks- Knowledge of SAP- English 100% mandatory.
