You'll lead a talented team, driving the design of robust data models, optimizing processes, and ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and reliability of data across the organization.- This role can sit anywhere in the world, but working hours must be in a US time zone._**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.- Lead the design and implementation of efficient data models, leveraging methodologies like Kimball.- Contribute to building a roadmap, quality, and R&D processes for an AI Assistant—an AI agent capable of constructing data pipelines and analyzing data (Chain of Thoughts, RLHF, Q-Learning).- Oversee the creation and maintenance of data catalogs for easy accessibility and comprehension.- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and best practices in data management.- Mentor and guide the data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.- Participate in the company's AI product strategy.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in data modeling, architecture, and management.- Expertise in utilizing DWH modeling techniques such as Kimball, Data Vault, etc.- Strong knowledge of data catalogs and their business implementation.- Hands-on experience with leading database technologies, data warehousing, and ETL processes.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams.- A degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
