Requirements:
- Ensuring high quality data in HR systems (Workday) and guaranteeing proper administration of all HR related documents and administrative processes
- Being passionate about digital tools and its daily usage as well as promoting it
- Representing Fronius Mexico SA de CV as an attractive employer to potential future and existing employees and further developing Employer Branding activities
- Ensuring a transparent and well-organized recruiting and onboarding process
- Supporting employee and leadership development measures
- Providing attractive salaries and benefits in regard to local requirements (market benchmarks, legal) and global Fronius compensation structures
- Ensuring proper management of payroll system and driving further development
- Strategic development aligned with the Fronius Way 4.x and the global HR strategy
- Design and development of national HR processes taking into account Fronius standards
- Ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations
- Main responsibility and contact person on all HR topics for employees and managers of the Fronius national subsidiary
- Main responsibility in regards to the Fronius Mexico Union development and communication
- Collaboration with the global HR community
- Support leadership for all related topics of HR
- Implement, improve and ensure KPIs fulfillment
- Activities:
- Disciplinary responsible for the national HR team (incl. Reception)
- A role model for all Fronius Mexico SA de CV employees with respect to work ethics, team support, distinctive communication skills and workplace standard
- Preparation of budgets and cost monitoring of assigned cost centers
- Determine the necessary staffing needs of the HR department, including requesting additional personnel, conducting interviews, negotiating offer, and supporting on-boarding
- Monitor employee attendance, initiate salary adjustments, conduct annual appraisals, and participate in corrective action plans to improve employee performance when necessary
- Functional reporting to HR International at Fronius International and national management at Fronius Mexico
- Disciplinary reporting to national management
