Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Recruitment experience is preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update online postings for high-volume positions.

Update and manage applicant profiles within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Perform various administrative tasks according to Intela Staffing company procedures, including filing, scanning, and uploading documents to employee records.

Coordinate with on-site representatives to ensure punctual arrival of associates.

Contact clients to confirm attendance and arrivals.

Address employee queries regarding eligibility for reassignment.

Maintain timely daily time punches for all associates.

Cultivate and uphold client relationships through consistent communication regarding orders and attendance.

Draft and revise job descriptions, uploading current job orders to diverse recruitment sources.

Proactively seek opportunities to optimize long-term recruiting success.

Maintain personnel records in compliance with HR regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level: 3 Years

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
