We are looking for a customer product solutions demo engineer who can create and deliver engaging and impactful demonstrations of our products and solutions to our customers and prospects. You will be responsible for designing and building end-to-end experiences that showcase the business value and benefits of our technical solutions, and how they can improve the lives of employees. You will communicate with different stakeholders and audiences, and tailor your presentations to their needs and expectations. Responsibilities
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand the customer needs, pain points, and goals, and align our solutions to them.
Design and develop creative and compelling demos that highlight the features and benefits of our products and solutions, and how they can solve customer challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
Build end-to-end experiences that simulate real-world scenarios and use cases, and show how our products and solutions can enhance the employee and end-user experience.
Deliver demos to customers and prospects, either in person or remotely, and adapt to their feedback and questions.
Use various tools and platforms to create and present demos, such as PowerPoint, video, web, mobile, and interactive media.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the demos, and seek feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the industry, and incorporate them into the demos.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong technical and design skills, with the ability to use various tools and platforms to create and present demos.
Product marketing experience desire
Expert level IT business analyst skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into simple and clear business terms.
Expert level graphics design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging demos.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey the value proposition and benefits of our products and solutions to different audiences and stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Passionate and enthusiastic about our products and solutions, and eager to learn and grow.
Advocate for world class user experiences.
4-7 years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement, design or technical marketing.
