**What You Will Be Doing**:- Log Audit: Record review of hours for accuracy and completeness (Log checks with registered data, such as GPS, BOL, Fuel, Inspections, etc.
)- Responding to the calls regarding the Log Issues- Permits- Responding to the Accident calls- Guiding the driver through all the necessary steps- Collecting all the data- Creating the accident report- Getting the accident videos from Netradyne- Locating the DOT certified clinic and sending the driver for post-accident drug and alcohol test if required- Coaching the Drivers for HOS**Experience and desired skills**:- Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must)- Ability to work under pressure- Ability to work effectively both as a Team member and independently- Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results- Past work experience that is relevant is a plus**What can you expect?
