**More specifically you will**:- Provide support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams- Develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources, and seeking external referrals from existing customers- Attend regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills, and coaching your branch colleagues on best practice**We're **interested in hearing from people who have**:- Experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment- Demonstrated business development success- A well-developed knowledge of home lending products and the current responsible lending legislationWe're aware of some accessibility issues on this site, particularly for screen reader users.
