Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:The HPE Partner Project Manager works across the Partner Experience and PRM Platform team to project the execution roadmap to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects.Responsible for establishing and maintaining the portfolio and project management environment based upon Policies, Standards, Customer Engagement Roadmap and Global Method.The HPE Partner Project Manager will:Drive Evolutions, Planning per Project Phases, Experience improvements, DQ aspects, Success Metrics trackingCoordinate the project delivery, roadmap delivery and overall execution planningEnsure proper stakeholders and SMEs are involved and feedbacks capturedEnsure risks and dependencies are tracked and tackledEnsure sponsors/executive asks are listed and addressedManage and lead PRM program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the development and implementation process for PRMDevelop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.Coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; track progress against established plan and make decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and internal SMEs and development partners to implement changes to product, process, or program plan to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.Lead and provide guidance as needed for achieving the program goals.Gather requirements, document and organize testing schedules, production move schedules in line with HPE IT release calendarsImplement control and reporting structures for project monitoring as well as risk assessment and change management according to defined governance methods and standard processes
