This position involves close collaboration with HR teams to ensure that all HR processes are executed smoothly and in compliance with both legal and organizational requirements.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**- Ticket Management: Oversee the resolution of incoming HR Administration through Service Now, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.- HR Data Management: Maintain and update HR master data in alignment with legal reporting standards and organizational policies, ensuring data integrity and compliance.- Policy Adherence: Stay current with and adhere to internal HR processes and policies, ensuring that all HR activities are compliant and up to date with company standards according to the Epiroc Way.- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing clear, accurate information and advice related to HR Administration processes.- Employee and Manager Support: Act as the first line of support for employees and managers, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR Administration related matters.- Data Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of all HR data by adhering to company policies and legal requirements, implementing secure practices for handling, storing, and sharing sensitive information.- Process Improvement: Continuously improve HR processes by identifying inefficiencies, automating manual tasks, and driving the adoption of best practices across the HR function.- Cost Coordination: Coordinate the RCoE cost distribution to supported entities in collaboration with accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and cost allocation.**Competency, Skills, and Experience Requirements**- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR or a demonstrated strong interest in the HR field
