Hr Assistant

**HR Staffing LLC** is seeking a virtual assistant to join the Human Resources Department.**Responsibilities**:- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.- Support the HR team in talent management initiatives, such as performance management and employee development programs.- Assist with affirmative action planning and reporting to ensure compliance with federal regulations.- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.- Maintain HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.- Assist with payroll processing using systems such as Paychex, ADP, or Ceridian.- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.**Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience in an HR assistant or similar role.- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations (e.G., FMLA).- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Pay: $8,749.34 - $12,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
