**SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE.
**This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment.
**Summary**:We currently have an exciting need for an Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role to support our Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS), North America business unit which is part of our Signal and Power Solutions segment.
**Responsibilities**:Talent Management / Organizational Development: Guide/administer process activities for assigned staffs.- Performance Management: Administer/support the automated process phases for assigned staffs.
Lead Performance Calibration process for assigned staffs.
Partner with Managers to coordinate and administer Performance Improvement Plans and Development plans for employees when required.- Employee Relations: Counsel employees & leadership within assigned staff area on various aspects of employee policies.- Compensation Planning: Administer the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) and merit program for employees within scope.- Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching to leadership to maximize employee engagement, team interaction and effective roll-out of initiatives.- Training: Support employee training initiatives/roll-out for assigned staff areas.- Reporting / Data Analysis: Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data or conditions and interpreting human resource management policies & procedures accordingly.- HRIS Administration: Complete Workday HRIS transactions as required & data certification processes for assigned staff.
Ensure accuracy/data integrity through audits.- Support lean initiatives in HR staff.- Time will be split between EDS Plant location and Technical Center in Warren, OH.- 20% travel requirement supporting Warren, OH employees.
**Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)**:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field- 1+ years' experience in a Human Resources related role- 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint**Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)**:- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field- Labor Relations experience- Workday HRIS experience- Knowledge of salaried policies and procedures- Automotive and/or manufacturing related experience- High level of analytical ability where problems are complex- Ability to facilitate meetings and provide clear direction/instructions to audience- Ability to exercise a high level of independent judgement, work independently and multi-task
