Recruiting process for opening positions in Hellamex site. Posting and interviews Involve in offer process, request and review documents for hiring process and set up employee in SAP as onboarding process Communicate resignations/terminations internally as appropriate. Prepare documentation and detonate termination process in SAP Participate in safety committee meetings Ensure that payroll process as deductions, payments and incidents are well Be involved in Annual appraisals as personnel evaluations, local bonus, review process with department managers Participate in annual benefits review, budget, headcount and planning strategy Org. Management and administrative task to keep engage employees YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree Advanced level of English Communication skills Experience in Human Recourses department or process
