Develops and implements people strategy through the execution of HR processes, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations, and providing HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Understands and contributes to the overall business and people strategy.
- Takes accountability for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
- Determines and delivers the best approach in the area of responsibility and executes the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
- Ensures effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.
- Facilitates the change management initiatives and drives behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.
- Supports the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Psychology, Law or similar.
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources and union negotiation roles.
- Dealing with labor unions.
- Availability to travel (occasionally 20%).
- Experience in benefits and payroll.
- Conversational English.
- Curiosity, Care (information), courage (taking action and responsibility), Collaboration.
