We are always looking for top talents like you.Location: Mexico CityJob Overview:Key Responsibilities:- Lead the recruitment process for the Mexico region, ensuring that the company's hiring needs are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.- Drive initiatives to strengthen and sustain the company's culture and values, ensuring their localization and implementation across the region.- Work closely with department managers to understand their recruitment needs, providing professional advice and support throughout the hiring process.- Track and analyze recruitment data to continuously improve and optimize recruitment strategies.Qualifications:- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in Mexico.- Multi-lingual in English, Spanish and Chinese Mandarin is required.- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.- Proficient in utilizing various recruitment channels and tools to effectively source and attract top talent.- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.????:????: $350,000.00?$550,000.00(?? )**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)Ability to Commute:- null, DIF 02750 (required)Work Location: ????
