- Lead & assist the execution of HR events throughout the calendar year.
- Conduct research and align with business units to write content in support of communications plans and strategic priorities.
- Produce digital content, such as infographics, newsletters, or other collateral to use on communications channels, featuring employees and company programs to support key initiatives and messages.
- Proactively identify opportunities to include strategic messaging and content to broader internal and external audiences if required.
- Assist with content writing, editing, and other communication projects as needed.
- Provide support, planning and execution for company events and/or large audience meetings.
- Support / Lead Employee Resources Groups Activities
- Support impromptu HR and Comms Deliverables.
- Work with employees and managers at the site.
- Assist with local requisitions and purchases.
- Prospecting possible suppliers for the completion of these events.**Qualifications**:
- University enrolled student majoring in business administration, commercial relations, international business, or communications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, in Spanish and English, any other languages like French and Portuguese are a plus.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for various channels.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.
- Innovative thinker with a knack for generating fresh ideas in a quicker manner and proficient in translating those ideas into visually appealing and compelling content in short cycles.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on task completion.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Quick learner capable of adapting to new technologies and platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Willing to work in hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in person attendance in office.
- Desirable Software Proficiency:
- Microsoft 360 Apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Basic understanding of HR software.
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience
