Come join our team!**Summary**: VES is looking for a **HR Generalist** to join our team in our **Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico** location. This person will plan and carries out procedures and policies related to all phases of cost-related accounting activity.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**- Plans and executes policies and reports related to some phases of the Human Resources department metrics and activities.- To be a business partner in the attention and service required by the client.- Attention, support, and response to Union delegates.- Responsible for the elaboration and filing in the Active and Dismissal files of the employees (physical and electronic).- Participates in investigations of indiscipline and prepares the required documents to carry out the process correctly.- Follow-up of disciplinary actions to employees in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations, Code of Conduct and Federal Labor Law.- Responsible for keeping track of Expirations and sending to Supervisors the Probationary Period Evaluation Forms before the expiration date.- Responsible for the elaboration of personnel contracts: new hires, probationary period 90 days and indefinite contract.- Responsible for making Absenteeism reports for: weekly reports for supervisors and HR metrics board.- Send mail to Supervisors and Managers of the Union Suspensions Official Letter.- Preparation of Delays report and follow up for the elaboration of the Suspension Notice.- Review the follow-up of the suspensions, review the capture in the system and keep track.- Participate in the follow-up and compliance of the metrics (KPI) Absenteeism and Turnover, according to their established activities.- Support in improvement projects that promote the reduction in absenteeism indicators.- Responsible for following the weekly process of salary changes of unionized personnel according to the current Tabulator.- Responsible for updating HR Policies, Procedures and Job Descriptions that lead to the good administration of human resources according to the internal and global guidelines of the company.- Planning and participation in activities to improve the work environment.- Requesting uniforms for unionized and non-unionized personnel, as well as coordinating their delivery.- Capture in SAP of department purchase requisitions.- Invoice payment follow up.- Attend scheduled meetings (1:1, HR Continuous Improvement Meeting, etc.)
