Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The (Site) HR Business Partner supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter. You are the strategic partner for your business stakeholders and work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.
Follow-up of vacancies generated in the Plant according to the Hiring Plan
Follow-up to MOD vacancies
Comply with the specifications of the recruitment and selection procedure
Update and Presentation of Hiring Plan with Human Resources Manager
Interviews with potential candidates, reporting interviews and scheduling appointments with Direct Manager.
Scheduling Assessments with Potential Candidates
Preparation of the offer letter and delivery to selected candidates
Delivery of the forms to process SGMM and SV
Preparation and safeguarding of files of new staff
Capture of new staff in database
Assignment of MOD personnel according to approved requisitions
Revenue Report by Area, Supervisor and Area
Awarding contracts to new staff
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level:
BA / BSc HR, business administration or related
MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred
Professional Experience:
1-3 years of experience in an operative HR role
Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
Solid knowledge of local HR legislation
Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset
Skills and competencies:
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in the local language and good English skills
Very good MS Office skills
First experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
