We bring beauty and security to the spaces that touch our lives.**Principal Duties and Responsibilties**- Recruitment of hourly, staff and management professionals- Partner with local schools and trade groups to ensure staffing levels are achieved- Promote and develop positive employee relations by providing direct HR support to the manufacturing facility- In consultation with the HR Manager, resolve and address all employee questions and concerns by partnering with plant leadership team.- Assist with new employees Onboarding- In consultation with the HR Manager, assist plant leaders with the management of corrective action to drive performance and adherence to company policy- Interpret company policies and process to ensure consistency for facility leadership and employees- Facilitate employee communications to ensure clarity and understanding- Manage monthly employee engagement events- Coach and develop leaders on processes, procedures and performance management- Create a positive and supportive HR culture- Manage facility pre-payroll function- Enforce Federal and State compliance on payroll, employee relations and leaves- Responsible for calculating pre-payroll and weekly payroll in the TRESS system- Input of weekly incidents such as: Absences, Permits, Vacation, Etc- Responsible for IMSS and Infonavit (Monthly and Bimonthly) Calculation- Responsible for FONACOT Monthly Calculation- Annual Calculation such as: Aguinaldo and PTU- Control of Saving Found (Weekly and Annual Basis)- Responsible for Food Coupons cards- Responsible for Bank Cards stock for new hires- Responsible for Team Guru daily activities- Provide payroll information to Internal and External Auditors (PWC)- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Reports- Responsible for Timbrado (SAT) on weekly basis- Promote and incorporate the JELD-WEN values- FFS Calculation as requested for HR Manager- Enforce Federal and State compliance on payroll.**Knowledge Skills And Abilities**- Mexican Labor Law and Mexican regulaitons compliance knowledge and understanding- An intense focus on customer service.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
