Overview of the position:Analyze quantitative and qualitative data according to the KPIs established by Global Headquarters and KIA so that executives can monitor the current status and make strategic decisions for the future. Typical tasks:Verify and present monthly reports and statistics of theHuman Resources KPIs, in order to share the information with KIA executives. Study and evaluate historical information and make comparisons in projects or reports, to provide a clearer perspective in decision-making. Review and evaluate the database in the system, eliminate unnecessary information and adjust reports, in order to make the information in the system useful and efficient for the department. Provide strategic conclusions based on data, for different users. Gain extensive business knowledge to anticipate potential problems and back it up with data. Management of external software to improve organization and presentation of data. Qualifications Mathematics, Industrial Engineer, Computing bachelors degree or similar Power BI and advanced Excel Data Analyst, preferably on HR data but not required Fluent English Pesqueria, Nuevo Leon. / On site
