.SummaryThe Manager, Human Resources (HRM) is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with all HR team members in supporting designated geographic region or location(s). This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, facilitation of training, performance management, policy implementation, HR data analytics, and employment law compliance.Essential FunctionsA job function is considered essential when at least one of the following is true:The reason the position exists is to perform this duty.Removing this function would fundamentally change the position.A limited number of employees are available to do the function.A person must have expertise to perform this duty.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Job**Responsibilities**:Conducts new-employee orientations; revises and updates Orientation/On-Boarding materials as needed.Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all employees; assists in the development, implementation and periodic review of HR policies and procedures; update intranet with changes.Partner with various stakeholders on NCA HR communications.Responds to employee inquiries related to HR.Assists managers in understanding and completing the Performance and Development Discussion process. Reviews and reports on completion progress.Conduct various HR related presentations and trainings for all personnel.Works with management and employees on resolving employee relations issues.Responsible for the termination process.Assist with HR metrics to provide measurable value to the organization and align with business strategy long and short-term goals.Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency.Partner with BA and paralegal on immigration matters.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
