Human Resources Manager Position Summary Responsible for guaranteeing a work environment that adheres to internal and external safety and environmental policies. Responsible for designing and ensuring the implementation of strategies and policies aimed at promoting the best conditions to attract, retain and develop operational and administrative personnel.
Your Role: Health, security and environment Coordinate actions focused on creating and ensuring a culture of job security. Review compliance with current regulations of the Entity, the Federation and the internal operating system. Ensure the proper functioning of sensitive areas, site security and access control. Labor relations, compensation administration Manage the labor relationship, through the correct interpretation and application of the LFT, CIT, RIT, and Aptiv Policies. Guarantee a correct working environment for administrative and operational staff (working conditions and services); promoting a healthy and productive work environment. Manage annual compensation plans and programs and coordinate salaries and wages for all levels. Training and development Compliance with hourly and salary staff training KPI's. Review adherence to the legal framework of the Secretary of Labor and Social Security. Guarantee the programming and follow-up of the annual training plan. Environment and staff services Check that the services are correctly granted to the personnel attached to the legal compliances that derive from these. Monitor the administration of the program of activities of the motivational and recognition system and an active participation in society through government entities and civil associations. Review the correct financial administration of the department and compliance with budgets. Manage environment and satisfaction surveys. Compliance with people KPI's to ensure the provision of direct and indirect staff, attached to the requirements of each area and the operating system. Guarantee adherence to compliance with absenteeism and staff turnover KPI's. Monitor the development of action plans to achieve and/or improve performance metrics.
