.**Location: Monterrey, N.L.****Opportunity**BASIC FUNCTIONUnder the leadership of the HR Director LATAM, this role is responsible for upholding the standards and values of the Kohler organization by facilitating confidential and timely investigations, working with associates and leadership to understand and resolve workplace concerns, leveraging data to identify and address workforce trends and partnering with local HR to advise plant leadership on navigating ER issues and elevating employee engagement. This role will also drive the execution of various human resources initiatives that enable the organization to meet its Employer of Choice objectives.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESSupports Mexico plants with employee relations investigations, prioritizing high risk and leadership-related claimes.Lead Compliance Audit in Mexico sites.Lead Labor Committee and the Leaders and HR training plan about compliance to keep a positive environment.Review with Compensations Wages and Benefitsand Union Negotiation.Partners with Kohler Ethics' team on investigating ethics complaints and Code of Conduct violations.Advises and partners with local HR and plant leadership on resolution actions related to investigation findings.Captures data, trends and themes from ongoing ER work; provides regular insights and recommendations to HR Director LATAM and Sr Director-HR, KBNA.Utilizes engagement surveys, stay/exit interview, and turnover/absenteeism data to advise leadership on culture, work environment, policies and other associate impacts that may require adjustments or changes.Advises and trains managers and supervisors on ER best practices and strategies for evaluating culture, managing associate issues and providing assistance when needed on employee grievances.Partners with Kohler Learning & Development COEs to create and/or facilitate training to further leadership development and a respectful workplace.Drives plant engagement strategy, partnering closely with local HR and plant leadership to tailor plans according to plant needs/opportunities.Collaborates with plant HR and legal team on contract negotiations and grievances.Help to drive activities and behaviors that are consistent with the organizational changes that need to be addressed.Counsels' employees on concerns related to applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Work Violence, and other similar federal and state laws.Performs other duties as assigned.**Skills/Requirements**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree required, preference to those with major in Human Resources or experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources, strong employee relations esperience. Organizational development skills preferred
