The Human Resources Manager performs regional HR related duties at the professional level with responsibility for employee relations, training, recruitment, leave of absence administration, workers compensation claims management, implementation and administration of policies and human resources procedures. Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.Guides leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations at our Tijuana, B.C. location.Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data, and makes recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement.Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.- Provide HR support to the region by focusing on talent development, performance management, associate relations, and compliance.- Partner with field leaders on solutions to complex associate relations, staffing and retention issues and planning giving both strategic and tactical guidance.- Support Company-wide initiatives to help teams achieve goals and deliver results.- Quickly build trust and rapport, maintaining a positive and productive relationship with associates at all levels.- Monitor and ensure compliance on practices across all retail locations including hiring, onboarding, training, and associate engagement practices.- Manage and resolve difficult issues while remaining objective in all matters. Identify core issues and make recommendations based on facts, performance, precedents, and laws.- Train Managers on HR practices and procedures including coaching, discipline, and hiring.- Ensure Retail HR operations adhere to legal standards and practices.- Respond effectively to changes in business priorities and support business partners with change management.- Effectively investigate and resolve employee complaints/concerns.- Effectively conduct the majority of communication over the phone and virtually.- General understanding of industry products, experience working with business partners and employees in a manufacturing as well as professional environment. Previous experience working with technical or engineering organizations, directly or indirectly, is a plus.- Proven interpersonal, conflict resolution, leadership and communication skills at all levels in the organization.- Strong project and process management skills.- Ability to analyze data quickly and thoroughly and provide sound business recommendations based on data.- Capability to be a systems thinker with the ability to recognize and understand all the connections and integration points through the entire talent management lifecycle.- Financial/business acumen.Pay: Up to $244,174.80 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:- Tijuana, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
