.The HR Manager leads Midea Mexico HR team and is responsible for all HR functional areas including recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee engagement, communication, talent and organization development and performance management etc. This person will advise management on all HR related topics and ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures. Provide HR leadership and strategic support and partnership with all other functions to achieve organizational goals. Implement corporate and regional HR initiatives. Lead change management by improving processes, procedures and communication.**Essential Job Duties*****Organization and Talent ManagementWork with the management team on organizational design that will enable the business to grow and operate effectively. This includes evaluating work structure, job design, manpower forecasting, labor cost budgetting, and role and responsibility clarity. Proactively identifies organizational needs and develops strategies for resolving and addressing needs. Develop/administer employee performance management process and provide training and support in all components of performance management. Lead talent review, pipeline buildup and succession plans.Compensation and BenefitLead compensation and benefit team, set C&B strategies, reviewing benchmark, salary ranges and annual merit review, and other incentive programs and benefit plans to maintain competitiveness.Employee EngagementBuilds and drives employee engagement. Advises and coaches managers on resolving employee issues. Personally manages complex or significant employee relations issues. Analyzes employment-related concerns, patterns, and business needs to proactively develop and implement action plans to address continual issues.HR Compliance Support:Directs, recommends and proactively communicates corporate and local implementation of HR policies, practices, and initiatives. Ensures legal and regulatory compliance, including equal employment opportunity/affirmative action, wage and hour, and work authorization. Designs, site specific policies and practices as needed.HR Operations:Fosters continuous improvement by analyzing processes, monitoring effectiveness, and identifying actions to reduce complexity and/or enhance operational performance. Utilizes data to drive decisions and ensure accurate recordkeeping/data integrity is maintained.Company Culture:In concert with management, builds and drives a positive employee culture. Implement corporate culture, value and mission to local operations. Actively participates in Employee Communications.**What you will need**:- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related Business degree- A minimum of 5 years Human Resources Management experience preferably in a manufacturing environment- Bilingual Spanish/English- Strong knowledge of employment law- Good commiunication skills in an international team.Midea is an Equal Opportunity Employer
