ResponsibilitiesJoin Our Team as an HR Operations Associate Analyst! The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Associate Analyst to manage payroll entries and ensure compliance with legal guidelines and global policies. This role is essential for maintaining accurate payroll processes, including payments, discounts, and the analysis of various compensation structures. If you are fluent in Portuguese and have a background in payroll administration, we want to hear from you!
Your Impact
In this dynamic position, you will:
Input payroll payments and discounts into HR systems (ADP).Respond to inquiries from Local HR Points and other HR functions, ensuring data is accurately classified.Analyze and validate payroll processes and documentation.Manage payment entries and track ticket resolutions through our HR systems.Ensure compliance with SOX controls and generate essential monthly validation documents.Create files for mass input uploads and validate RVV files for onboarding and offboarding.Oversee payroll processing to guarantee accurate payments in line with company policies and current legislation.Handle the validation and payment of taxes, including INSS, IR, and FGTS; and manage DIRF submissions.Support projects related to payroll management and stay updated on eSocial regulations.Develop and refine procedures, workflows, and indicators to enhance payroll efficiency.Identify opportunities for simplifying and automating payroll processes, while ensuring information security and compliance.Propose and implement process improvement ensuring information security and legal compliance. QualificationsWho Are We Looking For? Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.Experience: 2+ years of experience in administrative processes.Desirable functional knowledge of HR processes.2+ years of experience specifically in Brazilian Payroll Tax (for Payroll Tax Analysts).1+ years of experience with SAP (for Payroll Payments Analysts).Skills: 80% fluency in Portuguese (verbal and written).Advanced knowledge of Excel.Why Join Us?
