Hr Ops Analyst

**Auto req ID**: 287082BR- Assist with development of HR Dashboards in PowerBI- Ensure consistent service delivery of insights requirements and establish formal review and tracking processes- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement- Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities and projects- Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements- Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issue resolution- Drive a quality focused agenda to ensure that data quality and metrics are key deliverables for all transactions**Qualifications/Requirements**:Education/Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field of study- 1 year of experience minimum in related fields and/or use of the following tools- Intermediate knowledge of scripting or statistical language: R and/or Python- Intermediate knowledge of PowerBi/Tableau.- Advanced English required, Portuguese a plus- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word- Experience in computer database management, SQL systems. (preferred)- Statistical Analysis experience (preferred)- Experience in computer database management and/or data cleaning experience (preferred)- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in fast paced environment with tight deadlines**Relocation Eligible**: Eligible for Standard Relocation**Job Type**: Regular
