Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Several years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership or senior management role within the agroindustry sector.
Strong knowledge of agroindustry-specific challenges and requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
