- Reporting to the Director, HR Global Business Services, HR Project Manager role involves_

- in charge of planning and coordinating all aspects of internal and external projects from initiation to delivery._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Lead HR initiatives to implement a new workforce planning (WFP) methodology across the organization_
- _ Work with all functional areas to determine main drivers and parameters that lead to additional/reduction of labor_
- _ Work with multi-functional areas (IT, Operations, Commercial, others) to build a strong process and tools for a long-term solution_
- _ Work with the commercial quoting team to align on a revamped quoting model for Flex_
- _ Drive conversations with decision makers in all regions on the workforce planning methodology & strategy_
- _ Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to leadership_
- _ Prepare executive presentations for Sr. leaders of the organization_
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/_BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Experience as a project manager, leading initiatives with multi-functional areas_
- _ Experience in at least one area of manufacturing operations (engineering, program management, finance, etc.)_
- _ Experience handling a ramp for a new project/customer onboarding_
- _ Experience defining key drivers and parameters to determine HC requirements (nice to have)_
- _ Experience in the quoting process, identifying key indicators to determine HC requirements (nice to have)_
- _ Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English_
