**Recruit, select and hire personnel with the necessary profile to occupy operational, technical and student positions based on the personnel budget and production needs.**
**Duties & Responsibilities: (Main tasks and responsibilities)**:
**Recruit personnel according to the established profile.**
**Prepare recruitment strategies.**
**Interview, select and hire operational, technical and student personnel based on previously authorized requisitions.**
**Coordinate the contract signing process, IMSS registration, life insurance, debit cards, badges, safety glasses and uniforms.**
**Provide attention to operational personnel in labor problems, resignations, savings funds as well as various services.**
**Participate in the induction process.**
**Monitor the rotation and absenteeism of operational personnel.**
**Coordinate with supervisors the monitoring of absent personnel.**
**Prepare absenteeism and turnover reports**
**Establish action plans to improve absenteeism and turnover.**
**Participate as an internal instructor.**
