People, Culture & Communication department is overall responsible for setting and driving the people and culture agenda at TAJCO. We facilitate organizational health and performance via the 4 cornerstones "Attract", "Develop", "Retain", "Exit" and we turn strategy into action via outside in approach.
Key focus areas is to ensure that leaders at all levels are well prepared to lead, manage, engage and communicate.
The purpose of the role is to enable the organization to perform and to oversee organizational leadership, engagement and culture.
In addition, the role will act as office support to the Site Director/Production Manager with more administrative as PA related tasks.
**Local**:
- Day-to-day on site HR Support to TMX
- Workforce Planning
- Onboarding
- Talent acquisition, search and selection (WC, BC)
- Labour law
- Audit compliance
- Workers Council
- Business Services (soft services and admin)
**Global**:
Part of the P&C Leadership team
The new local HR Specialist should know the payroll procesess, labor law and speak in English (min level B2). Will be responsible for translation all documents from English to Spanish and vice versa. Active participation on developing TAJCO´s Values and Culture in a new plant, EES, PDP, PRP, PMP and be the key person for all employees in Mexico will be also belong between the main responsibilites of a new local HR.
**FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE**:
- Relevant experience working as HR Business Partner, preferable within automotive and from a company with full value chain.
- Experience working with HR for manufacturing
- Broad HR toolbox (labour law, C&B, talent acquisition, onboarding etc).
- Global exposure and experience from working with dispersed teams is a requirement.
**EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS**:
- Education within HR
- 1-3 years of working experience within HR
The location of the plant will be in Finsa III Industrial Park in QUE.
The experience with start-up projects are really welcomed.
