At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next: **HR Sr Supervisor****Which is the main objective of this role?**Responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating the Human Resources initiatives, being a Business Strategic Partner for Controlling and Finance areas.Be a HR business advisor, avoiding HR risks and generating Value to our customers, delivering on time their requirements and expectations, an excellent execution, and looking for new alternatives to get an agile execution.**What will you be doing?**- Develop and innovate strategy for OHS and Pepsico Way with the VCC Area (organizational climate survey).- Lead, monitor and solve internal and external labor problems, according with the Mexican Regulation and Company´s Policies.- Manage the Talent Development Stategy, according with the People´s Control Strategy and Development Programs of Pepsico.- Lead and manage the budget related with People Cost off VCC group, ensuring compliance with the Collaboration off Total Reward´s Team.- Ensure the necessary personnel for the VCC´s operations.- Support the directors and managers in the detection of work needs.- Excellence Execution of the main processes of Humnan Resources for VCC Area. (Acquire, New Hire, Personnel´s Movements and Separation´s)
