With our consumer at the heart, your key responsibilities will be to:Ensure employee services such as uniforms, food, lockers, and any other items agreed upon within the company-union agreements.Provide support on all labor relations matters, such as administrative records, termination agreements, disciplinary sanctions, etc.Ensure that employee files are complete, properly archived, safeguarding sensitive information, and periodically updating employee information on necessary platforms.Guarantee compliance with standards and audits regarding processes, administration, and information documentation involving HR. Also, serve as the point of contact to facilitate information required by any entity.Monitor training as part of regulatory requirements.Act as the point of contact between the payroll service center and employees, reporting incidents in a timely manner.Follow up on compliance with agreements between the company and the union, fostering prosperous labor-management-union relationships.Ensure compliance with HR processes and procedures and promote best practices.Review, update, and promote the job compatibility matrix for both promotions and new hires.Comply with the operational prerequisites for area-specific safety, as well as personnel provisions regulating mandatory practices that may directly or indirectly affect the hygiene, sanitation, and quality of the product.Comply with Integrated Waste Management provisions, handling of hazardous chemicals, emergency response, and identify the area's environmental aspects and impacts.Adhere to operational or administrative controls associated with identified and assessed hazards in the role's activities/operations and report unsafe situations accordingly.Act as an internal control entity to meet absenteeism, overtime, and any other HR metrics relevant to the business.Track and update job descriptions and ensure they are properly stored.Support all preventive initiatives for workplace safety and health systems.Support all Business Integrity prevention initiatives.Participate in the fiscal year budget committee and monitor compliance with it.Ensure that employee information is properly entered into Workday and all required company platforms, updating it periodically.Serve as the point of contact for operational personnel recruitment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
