We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **HRBP Div. Manager**, based in **Cd. Juarez, Chih.**_ _(E-Systems Division).
As HRBP Div. Manager will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a HRBP Labor Relations Director.
**Your tasks will be**:
- Coordinate the Labor Relations initiative and supervise compliance with it.
- Schedule and facilitate training activities in Labor Relations at different levels of the company and labor union.
- Maintain a control and record of labor demands for management and control purposes, maintaining direct communication with the Finance area to have the necessary provision for their resolution.
- Evaluate and propose improvements in the different Collective Work Agreements.
- Develop and train teams for the work environment.
- Follow up on the legal requirements on the conditions of Government.
**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Education Business Administration, Industrial relations, or any related field.
- Computer package management.
- Conflict management, manufacturing plant management, negotiation.
- 10 years of experience in human resources field.
- English Advanced level.
- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
- Good customer service.
- Problem solving skills.
