**Objective**The HRBP Specialist MC will contribute to aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.**Main Responsibilities**- Position required to support and sustain actual HRBP functions for MC- Melting & Sands with a HC of 850 employees.- The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.- Aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.- Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineer- Master degree desirable- English Business level- Organized, innovative, Results Oriented, Strategic Vision, Team Player, Collaborative, People Development, Customer Focus, Cross-cultural Versatility- 4-6 Years on Manufacturing Plants (HR Roles / Personnel Administration)- Global Companies Experience- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
