In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you as a HRIS Analyst will be the technical point-of-contact for HR functional/regional clients responsible to support our Human Resource Management System, ensuring compliance with all internal procedures while safeguarding employee information. Analyzes processes and recommends ways to improve data integrity, employee use and/or recordkeeping requirements. Assists with upgrades, updates and implementations. Creates reports for use by management.- About the job:- Works on day-to-day administration of the HRIS systems including auditing to ensure data integrity and assisting new users with processes. Researches and resolves escalated issues.-- Analyzes processes and data and recommends improvements to procedures to improve data, improve user experience or improve reporting capabilities.-- Assists with systems updates, upgrades, enhancements and implementations.-- Design and maintain system configuration, business processes, and master data values.-- Assist with mass transaction processes (EIBs).-- Other duties as assigned.- About you:- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Administration or related field.-- 1-2 years of experience.-- Proficient in English and Spanish.-- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.-- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking.-- Strong communication skills.-- Strong customer orientation and sense of urgency.-- Experience on process development.-- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
