**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**SUMMARY**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include proper implementation of the processes, new modules, and data quality and consistency of ongoing production for all Mexico sites.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
- Provides training to all levels of the organization as required.
- Works with HR Leaders and HRConnect Europe to ensure proper permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users and managers.
- Advance report writing, analysis experience is required.
- Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
- Serves as a liaison between HR, information services, managers, and employees, for implementation, change management, and training.
- Ensures confidentiality and security of personal data is maintained within the system for user and user access.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS technology.
- Works with the HRIS Project Leader to, change communications, timelines for deployment in Mexico, and action plans to drive their success.
- Daily project management regarding the system.
- Works as the Liaison between the HRIS Project Leader and the Mexico HRC team.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field required. At least three years of related experience required.

- Must have advanced experience with people and systems change management.
- Expert level excels, PowerPoint, Canva, and HRIS data management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
- Ability to adapt, understand and effectively communicate among diverse cultures.
- Strong project management skills, going from diagnostic to implementation.
